A Note to the reader:
The diabeties symptoms below are general symptoms that
you and I may have from time to time. This does not mean
you have diabetes or are diabetic by any means. These are
only indicators that, if are frequent for a period of time or
make you uncomfortable, you may want to get checked out by a
licensed physician.
List of Common
Diabeties
Symptoms:

1. Frequent
Urination - One of the most common symptoms of
diabetes is frequent urination. Most people who have
diabetes notice that they will use the restroom quite
frequently throughout the day. This frequent need to
urinate may become quite uncomfortable and you may notice that
you go much more than others around you.
2. Excessive
thirst - This commonly coincides with diabeties symptom
#1. If you feel consistantly thirsty even though you know
you've drank plenty of water, this may be an indicator.
Note: if you drink lots of caffeine throughout the day you may
notice the two symtoms above or if you take any diueretics that
encourages loss of fluid from the body. This does not
mean you have diabetes.
3. Extreme
Hunger - Everyone gets a little hungry from time to time,
but if you notice that you are becoming consistantly more and
more hungry throughout a period of time and in association with
the two diabeties symptoms above, you may want to get checked
out by your doctor.
4. Unusual weight
loss or weight gain - Everyone gains or losses a little,
especially during changing seasons and changes in
lifestyle. However, significant ups and downs are
dangerous and this information should be forwarded to your
doctor.
5. Increased Fatigue -
If you are feeling overwhelmingly tired, rundown and sluggish
for an extended period of time, again, maybe you should
consider getting checked for diabeties especially in
conjunction with these other diabeties symptoms.
6. Increased
Irritability - Among the other diabeties symptoms,
irritability can be most frustrating. Everyone gets
irritable from time to time, but can be a flag for
diabetes.
7. Tingling or
numbness of extremeties - Feeling like your legs, toes,
arms or fingers are numb can be a major sign of diabetes.
People with this diabeties symptom often complain of their legs
going numb or think they are having a heart attack.
Anxiety can also mimmick this.
8. Blurred
Vision - Poor eyesight can be a symptom of diabeties as
well. Constant poor vision problems such as blurriness
should get checked immediately.

infections or sick - Those with diabeties often get wounds
that do not heal or do not heal quickly. This is another
one of the most common diabeties symptoms that is more easily
identifiable.

Impotence - 80% of men with diabetes go through what is
known as diabeties impotence or not being able to function
properly during intimate moments. This is also known as
